Buona Tavola was founded in February 1986 by the passion of Chef Mariangela Grassi and his brother Alessandro. Mariangela began to teach cooking classes and to hand down the Tuscan flavors to many “foodies”. Her cooking classes, soon turn into a “must”. Many young gastronomy students and operators joined Mariangela’s cooking classes from all over the world, eager to learn the ‘art of Tuscan cuisine.
Today, cooking classes, have become fine catering services, for weddings, private parties, for the grand opening of trendy shops, for the Pitti Immagine catwalks and for the American Bar at parties during the summer.
What was once a seasonal business, finds now continuity in “winter”, services such as the catering services for the Christmas holidays and in catering services in Italy and abroad throughout the year.
